轻质隔热材料用高性能发泡剂的研制及应用 被引量:6

摘要 以阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠、长链烷醇及水溶性天然高分子化合物F1和F2为原料,研制了两种用于泡沫法制备轻质莫来石材料的发泡剂G1和G2,系统研究了这两种发泡剂在不同加水量(每30 mL发泡剂分别加入30、40、50、60、70 mL水)条件下的发泡倍数以及所得泡沫的表面张力、显微结构及静置1、2 h后的泌水量和沉陷量,并利用发泡剂G1采用泡沫法制备了轻质莫来石材料,分析了轻质莫来石材料显微结构和常规性能。研究结果表明:制得的两种发泡剂发泡性能较优异,泡沫稳定,孔径较小且均匀;以G1为发泡剂制备的轻质莫来石材料孔径分布比较均匀,大多集中在300~500μm,且大多为闭气孔,材料的性能与国内外产品相当,但其养护和干燥工艺还需优化。 Two foaming agents (G1 and G2) for producing light-weight mullite with foaming method were prepared using anion surface active agent sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS),alphanol, hydrosoluble natural polymeric compounds F1 and F2 as starting materials. With different water additions (2,0,40,50,60, and 70 mL of water, respectively,for every 30 mL foaming agents),the foam multiples of the two foaming agents, surface tensions,microstructures,water bleeding amount and collapsing volume after 1 and 2 h laying of the formed foam were researched. Light-weight mullite was prepared using G1 as foaming agent with foaming method, and its microstructure and normal properties were analyzed. The results show that.the two prepared foaming agents perform good foaming properties with stable foam, small and uniform pores ;the light-weight mullite using G1 has uniform pores (300-500 μm) ,most of which are close pores,and the performance is comparable with China-made or overseas similar products ; however ,the curing and drying processes shall be optimized.
