摘要
为解决优质钢全保护浇注条件下的滑板板面易侵蚀以及下水口易松动穿钢等问题,通过改进水口机构,优化滑动水口设计,分析下水口松动原因并采取相应控制措施,实现了优质钢钢包滑动水口的三炉连滑。
To solve the problems of easy corrosion of slide gate surface and easy loosening of lower nozzle under the total protection casting of quality steel, ladle slide nozzle for 3 repeat slidings was realized by improving nozzle structure optimizing slide nozzle design,analyzing the Ioosening reason of lower nozzle and taking the corresponding measures.
