摘要
建立了耐火物料泵送湿喷机主泵送系统的数学模型,包括负载模型和泵送系统模型,分析并得出在忽略温度和油液变化的影响下,系统所需优化的主要参数为推送缸面积以及柱塞泵的排量。在此基础上,以耗能最小为优化指标,兼顾系统动态响应特性,利用经典解析法得到了推送缸面积以及柱塞泵的排量的优化结果,并通过负载轨迹和压力流量曲线说明优化的效果,为系统制造提供一定的理论依据。
The mathematic model of the main pumping system in the wet shotcrete machine for refractories was es- tablished ,comprising load model and pumping system model. Ignoring temperature and oil change, main parameters of the system required for optimizing were the cylinder piston area and the output volume of plunger cylinder. Aiming at minimum energy loss and taking account of the response characteristics of the system ,the cylinder piston area and the output volume of plunger cylinder were determined using the classical analytical method,and the optimization effect was shown through the load path and the pressure flow curve to provide a theoretical basis for the system manufacture.
