摘要
从中国南海海绵Rhabdastrella globostellata中分离到四个有机化合物,经紫外光谱(UV),红外光谱(IR),质谱(MS)和核磁共振谱(1HNMR,13CNMR,2DNMR和NOESY)等方法确定它们的化学结构分别为:25(29)-亚甲基-26-甲基-26-乙基胆甾醇(Ⅰ),(13E,15E,17E,22E,24E)-3,12-二氧-13,15,17,22,24-五烯-26-异臭椿酸(Ⅱ),β-吲哚酸(Ⅲ)和尿嘧啶(Ⅳ)。其中,化合物(Ⅰ)和化合物(Ⅱ)是新化合物,化合物(Ⅰ)通过乙酰化反应获得化合物(Ⅴ),化合物(Ⅱ)通过重氮化反应获得化合物(Ⅳ)。
Four organic compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Rhabdastrella globostellata from South China Sea. Their chemical structures were identified by UV, IR,MS, HRMS, ~1HNMR, ~13 CNMR, ~2DNMR etc. as: 25 (29 )-methylene-26-methyl-26-et (Ⅰ), (13E, 15E, 17E, 22E, 24E )-3, 12-dioxoisomalabarica-13, 15, 17, 22, 24-pentaen-26-oic acid (Ⅱ),β-indole carboxylic acid (Ⅲ), uracil (Ⅳ). Compound (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) are new com pounds. 25 (29)-methylene-26-methyl-26-ethylcholesterol acetate(Ⅳ) was got from com pound (Ⅰ)by acctylation,methylation of compound (Ⅰ)with diazomethane gave methyl (13E, 15E, 17E, 22E, 24E ) -3, 12-dioxoisomalabarica-13, 15, 17, 22, 24-pentaen-26-oate (Ⅵ).
