摘要
研究了以国产工业化生产设备对鱼油进行多级分子蒸馏,从而提取高度不饱和脂肪酸的方法。分析了不同级别蒸馏所得豆油的碘价、过氧化值、酸价以及色值和气味,并以气相色谱-质谱仪(GC—MS)分析了不饱和脂肪酸的成分组成及变化规律。
Study the multigrade molecular distillation method used in distilling pyloric fat acids from fish oil. The quality indexes of different grade products, including iodine value, acid value,over oxide value,color value and odor,are tested. Fat acids in refined fish oil are tested by GC-MS method. The composition and its changing rules are analyzed.
