农户安全蔬菜生产行为影响因素实证分析 被引量:14

摘要 根据对农户的调查数据,运用Logit模型从农户禀赋、政府规制、农户蔬菜质量安全认知、生产组织方式、生产技术供给和市场价格等方面对农户安全蔬菜生产的因素进行系统的实证分析。研究结果表明我国目前的蔬菜生产是以小农户生产为主,农户的小规模分散经营使得对农户生产行为控制比较困难;政策支持、市场检验检测、技术培训等外部因素对于农户安全蔬菜生产行为的影响比较显著,当有一定的规模要求时,农户自身素质和劳动力等资源禀赋也同样重要;因此应加强政府支持和提高生产组织化程度,通过完善蔬菜市场优质优价机制以激励农户安全蔬菜生产,此外,加强技术培训和提高农户受教育水平,为安全蔬菜规模化种植提供条件。 With household survey data and by using Logit model, factors of safe vegetable production by household are systematically studied from the aspects of endowment of household, government regulation, household' s awareness of vegetable quality and safety, production organization, production technology supply and price. The results show that there are difficulties to control household' s production behavior because of the small scale cultivation. External factors such as policy support, market inspection, technical training can significantly affect household' s behavior of vegetable production. When there are scale requirements, household' s quality and endowment such as labor force are also significant factors. So some implications like strengthening government support, increasing the level of organization and improving the market mechanism are put forward. Besides, better technical training and education for household are necessary conditions along with the scale expansion in vegetable production.
