摘要
传统企业核心价值观可以概括为"利润最大化"。这种价值观已经导致了严重的社会后果。直接的后果就是经济危机。间接的危害则更要严重,它使经济社会发展背离人类文明的发展方向。在当代,企业核心价值观的范式转换已不可避免。从"利润最大化""的核心价值观转为"人本.责任.共赢"的核心价值观,已是不可逆转的大局势。企业核心价值观"范式转换"的实现有两条途径,一是被动的或是自然的,另一条是主动模式。
Traditional core values of enterprises can be summarized as maximization of their profits. This value has caused very serious social consequences. Direct consequence is economic crisis, while indirect damage is more serious, which has made economic and social development away from the direction of development of human civilization. In modern times, a paradigm shift in enterprises' core values has become inevitable. It is irreversible for the core values of enterprises to transform from maximizing their profits to human, responsibility, and win-win, which can be realized in two ways : one is passive or natural, the other active.
