HIF-1α在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义
摘要
目的研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中HIF-1α的表达及与其淋巴结转移、脑转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测71例非小细胞肺癌组织标本中HIF-1α的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果 HIF-1α高表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移及脑转移有关(P<0.05)。结论检测HIF-1α蛋白的表达,有可能为判断非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移、脑转移的发生、发展提供依据。
