高职法律教育在高等法学教育领域中具有重要地位,但目前高职院校在法律教育教学方面存在很多问题。因此,必须确立正确的高职法律教育人才培养模式,通过组织模拟法庭和案例教学,因材施教,加强教材建设,提高教师素质,从而真正实现高职法律教育的目的。

Higher professional law education in the field of higher law education has an important position.But now higher professional colleges encounter many problems in legal education and learning.We must establish right talent training modes of higher professional law education.By organizing a s imulation court and cases teaching,we should adopt different educational methods according to the different features of students,promote the development of materials,improve the quality of teachers so as to really achieve the purpose of higher professional law education.
