培养好、发展好高职高专学生党员对于全党工作有着特殊的战略意义。在调查高职高专学生入党动机的基础上,着重分析高职高专学生入党动机存在的问题,进而针对性地提出端正高职高专院校学生入党动机的对策,以期提高高职高专院校学生党员的培养质量。

It is of great strategic significance for the overall work of the Party to well foster and admit CPC members among higher vocational college students.This paper investigates the motive of higher vocational college students＇ joining CPC,analyzes the main problems in their motives and gives a theoretical base for rectifying the motive of joining CPC in order to improve the cultivation quality of student CPC members in higher vocational colleges.
