摘要
"两课"教师的心理健康状况不仅影响着"两课"教学效果的取得,而且对于大学生的身心健康发展也起着重要的作用。目前"两课"教师的心理问题主要体现在三个方面,即生理—心理症状、人际交往障碍和职业倦怠,其产生主要是基于主客观两个方面的原因,因此应从学校、社会和教师个人等方面对"两课"教师的心理进行维护。
The mental health of "two courses" teachers not only affects the teaching effect of the "two courses",but also plays an important role in the sound development of college students' physical and mental health.Currently,"two courses" te achers' mental problems are mainly reflected in the following three areas,namely,the physical-mental symptoms,social communication disorder and professional burnout,all of which mainly result from subjective and objective aspects;therefore,the "two courses" teachers' mental health should be maintained from the school,community and individual aspects.
