Standardize Written Language Work to Promote the Quality-oriented Education

《中共中央、国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中指出,"要重视培养学生收集处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力、语言文字表达能力以及团结协作和社会活动的能力。"语言文字是文化的主要载体,也是一种重要的文化现象。语言文字的规范化、标准化程度是文化发达程度的标志之一。规范语言文字工作是深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育的重要内容。

The decision of CPC central committee and the state council on deepening education reform and comprehensively promoting quality education points out,＂attaching importance to cultivating students＇ ability of collecting and processing information,ability of obtaining new knowledge,ability of analyzing and solving problems,ability of expressing by language and cooperation and social activity ability.＂ Language is not only the main carrier of culture,but also an important cultural phenomenon.The normalization and standardization degree of language is one of the symbols that reflect cultural development level.Standardizing written language is an important con tent of deepening education reform and comprehensively promoting quality-oriented education.
