College student librarians＇ professionalism directly affects service quality and level of library.However,at present,student librarians＇ lack and absence of professionalism is very worrying.Starting from the current situation of professional quality of student librarians,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the absence of professional quality of student librarians,and puts forward some advice.
