眼底动脉硬化对冠状动脉狭窄的预测价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究眼底动脉硬化对冠状动脉狭窄程度的预测价值。方法对可疑冠心病的245例患者同时行冠状动脉造影和无创眼底检查,并对其结果进行对照分析,同时分析患者合并的多项动脉硬化危险因素。结果冠状动脉轻度狭窄组有76.00%合并眼底动脉硬化,中度狭窄组有85.06%合并眼底动脉硬化,重度狭窄组有85.19%合并眼底动脉硬化;在各组合并眼底动脉硬化的患者中:轻度眼底动脉硬化在冠状动脉轻度狭窄组占47.37%,冠状动脉中度狭窄组占40.55%,冠状动脉重度狭窄组占13.04%;中重度眼底动脉硬化在冠状动脉轻度狭窄组占52.38%,冠状动脉中度狭窄组占59.45%,冠状动脉重度狭窄组占86.96%,眼底动脉硬化与冠状动脉狭窄程度具有良好相关性(P<0.001)。结论随着冠状动脉狭窄程度的加重,合并眼底动脉硬化病变的病例数增多,眼底动脉硬化程度越重。眼底动脉硬化程度可以预测冠状动脉狭窄程度;眼底检查可作为初诊或筛选冠心病的检测手段,对冠心病的早期诊断、筛查、治疗及预后具有重要意义。
