摘要
以汕优63和NAU303为材料,比较研究了两者的叶源量,结果表明:NAU303的剑叶叶源量大,较汕优63高179倍;光合速率高值持续期及最大光合速率均与叶源量呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为09053和09561(P<001);叶源量与单株产量及产量构成因素千粒重、每穗总粒数和每穗实粒数呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为08013,09701,09862和08530(P<001),而与结实率相关性不显著。
Leaf source capacity (LSC) was studied in Shanyou 63 and NAU 303. The results showed that LSC of NAU303 was 1 79 times as much as that of Shanyou 63. The correlation between LSC and photosynthetic active duration (PAD), maximum photosynthetic rate (Pmax) was both positively significant (r=0 905 3 ,0 956 1 ).LSC was also significantly positively correlated with yield per plant, 1 000 grain weight, total kernels per spike and full kernels per spike (r=0 801 3 ,0 970 1 ,0 986 2 and 0 853 0 ), and less with frequency of seed set.
