摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜弹道碎石术(URSL)与体外震波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床疗效及副作用。方法:对2006年1月~2011年11月分别使用URSL与ESWL治疗顺输尿管中下段结石325例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:URSL治疗总有效率为98.8%,明显高于ESWL治疗的总有效率为70.9%;肾绞痛、恶心、呕吐、发热等症状在URSL组发生率低于ESWL组。结论:采用URSL治疗输尿管中、下段结石疗效确切、排石时间短、安全性高、创伤性小、恢复快、复发率低,优于ESWL。 Objective To investigate the ureteroscopic lithotripsy ( URSL ) and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ( ESWL ) for treatment of middle and lower ureteral stones clinical efficacy and side effects. Methods from 2006 January to 2011 November respectively using URSL and ESWL treatment along middle-lower ureteral calculi in 325 cases of patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results URSL treatment the total effective rate was 98.8%, significantly higher than that of ESWL treatment the total effective rate was 70.9%; renal colic, nausea, vomiting, fever and other symptoms in group URSL were lower than group ESWL. Conclusion using URSL for the treatment of ureteral stones in the lower segment, in effect, stone row short time, high safety, little injury, quick recovery, low recurrence rate, better than ESWL.
