High Quality Winder in Spunlaid Production Line

随着纺丝成网非织造布生产线向多纺丝系统、大幅宽、高速度、高产能、高效率的方向发展,卷绕机也向着大幅宽、大卷径、高速度、高可靠性、高度自动化、卷绕与分切两个功能分离的方向发展。本文介绍了卷绕机的基本工作原理,阐述了高性能生产线对卷绕机的要求,通过对国外主要设备生产商产品的性能特点及应用情况的分析,对卷绕机的发展方向提出了一些建议。

With spunlaid production line going for multi-beam,wider,high-speed,high production capacity and more efficient,the winder correspondingly,is tend to be wider,faster,more reliable,more automatic,and with separate functions of winding and slitting.Basic principle of winder was introduced in this paper,as well as the requirements of the production line.Furthermore,some suggestions were put forward based on analyzing the characteristics and application of winders from some leading producers abroad.
