何首乌嫩枝扦插繁殖研究

Studies on the Softwood Cutting Propagation of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.

以何首乌新生嫩枝作插条,研究扦插基质、插条剪裁和植物激素NAA浓度对插条生根的影响。结果表明,以质地疏松、富含有机质的菜园土作扦插基质优于河沙或黄心土;用枝条的中下段,剪成含2~3个茎节、带顶叶的插条为佳;50mg/kg的NAA溶液浸泡插条基部30min对生根有显著的促进作用,浓度过高不利于生根。

Softwood of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.were used to study the effects of cutting medium,cutting crop and concentration of plant hormone（NAA） on cutting rooting.The result showed that garden soil with loose texture and rich in organic matter for cutting medium was better than sand or yellowsoil.The best cutting is one in the lower of a branch and with 2 to 3 internodes and parietal.Soaking the cutting base in the 50mg/kgNAA solution 30 minutes could brings about the significant role in promoting rooting.High concentration is not conducive to rooting.
