注塑炭黑填充聚丙烯微观结构和导电性能的研究

摘要 在不同的注塑工艺条件下制备了炭黑填充聚丙烯标准拉伸样条.注塑试样从表面沿着厚度方向进行剥层处理,对剥层处理后的试样进行微观结构分析和电阻率的测量.结果表明:在较高的保压压力下,炭黑粒子能够形成理想的导电网络;注塑压力的增大对复合材料部分区域的导电性造成不利影响;炭黑粒子在聚合物中呈现出葡萄状聚集体的状态.与相同工艺条件下的注塑聚丙烯相比,由于炭黑粒子的迁移作用,在芯部形成明显的取向结构. Standard tensile specimens made from carbon black(CB) and polypropylene(PP) were prepared under different injection processing conditions.The injection specimen was cut off along the surface to analyse the microstructure at different position and the resistivity was measured.Experimental results showed that CB nano-particles may form better conductive path under the higher packing pressure.Higher injection pressure may cause disadvantage effect on conductive property of the part.CB was distributed in the form of aggregates similar to grapes in the composites.Compared with injection molded PP polymer under the same processing conditions,CB particle/polymer composites form strong oriented microstructure at central zones of the part due to CB particles'migration.
