摘要
职业教育"多元化"的特点决定了它的教学体系要以职业能力为核心,即从过去的"单一化"、"知识型"教学体系逐步向"复合型"、"能力型"、"一体化"的教学体系转变,文章对组成实践教学体系的各个要素进行整体设计。
The characteristic that vocational education must diversify determines that its teaching system should focus on students vocational ability,that is to say we should switch our teaching system from singular model（knowledge model） to multiple model（ability model）.So this essay designs all elements of practical teaching system in whole.
