摘要
简要回顾了 C3 I系统理论发展历史 ,详细讨论了 C3 I系统理论的主要研究内容和发展趋势 ,最后介绍了影响 C3 I系统理论的几个问题与因素以及对 C3 I系统理论的要求。
In this paper,the history of C 3I systems theory is briefly reviewed,and the contents and trends of C 3I systems theory are discussed in detail.Finally the requests for C 3I system theory are proposed,and the problems that must be solved and the factors which affect C 3I systems theory research are revealed.
