摘要
本文在介绍面向Windows的编程语言Delphi4．0的基础上，重点介绍了Delphi4．0中VCL库的一个重要控件TeeChart控件的编程方法，并通过实例给出了一个具体的实现过程。
Based on the introduction of the programming language for Windows-Delphi4.0, the programmingmethod for an important control (TeeChart) in Delphi 4.0's VCL is discussed in detail. A comprehensive proce-dure of utilizing the method through an example is also given in this paper.
