Synthesis and Characterization of Eleven Azo Compounds with 2-Amino-4, 6-Dimethyloxy Pyrimidine

以2-氨基-4，6-二甲氧基嘧啶为底物，先对其进行重氮化，再与一些活性芳环偶联，得到十一种偶氯化合物。经以不同有机溶剂重结晶和／或薄层谱分析提纯，测定了溶点及光谱数据。

Eleven azo compounds were synthesized using 2-amincr4, 6-dimethyloxy pyrimidine as the mainreactant thriugh the diazotizing and then coupling reaction with hoium nitrite and several aromatic componentscontaining highly active ring. Their structural characterization were then done through infrared spectoscopy andmelting point determination after purification with recrystilization using various organic solvent and/or thin layerchromatography.
