论市场经济体制下高校毕业生的和谐就业

On the harmonious employment of college graduates under the market economy system

社会主义市场经济体制在中国的初步建立,给中国的社会主义现代化注入了新的活力,带来了多元化的社会发展。特别是打破了传统计划就业观长期占统治的局面,而以市场为导向的就业则应运而生。这种市场就业既给人们带来了多种就业选择,但同时又使人们面临就业的困境,负担起就业的压力。在中国高等教育从"精英"教育到"大众"教育转变的大环境下,再加上受经济、社会、毕业生自身、用人单位、高等教育体制的因素影响,一时间高校毕业生就业难成了社会问题中突出的一部分。解决高校毕业生就业难问题需要政府、企业、高校毕业生自身和高等教育部门相互有机结合,以市场需求为基准,实现社会主义高校毕业生的和谐就业,从而确保我国社会主义和谐社会的建设。

The establishment of socialist marketing economy in China brings new vitalities to China＇s socialist modernization,which results in the development of social diversity and,in particular,breaks the traditional dominant situation of long-term employment plan which,in turn,gives birth to the market-oriented employment views.This employment view benefits people various choices of jobs,but at the same time confronts people with the employment pressure.Owning to the shift of China＇s high education from ＂elite＂ to ＂public＂,adding to the factors of economics,society,graduates themselves,employment units and high education system and so on,the problem of college graduates＇ employment has became a pressing and prominent part of social problems.In order to solve this problem and construct a harmonious employment view,it demands to combine government,enterprise,college students themselves and higher education department together based on the market requirements,which will further ensure China＇s construction of harmonious socialist.
