对图书馆学生馆员研究的回顾与反思

The review and reflects on the studies of the student librarian

为了缓解普通高校扩招政策给图书馆工作带来的压力,图书馆学生馆员应运而生。近几年来,针对学生馆员的研究也逐渐趋热,学界对该课题主要从以下五个方面进行了研究:学生馆员存在的背景、学生馆员的分类、学生馆员任职机制、学生馆员存在的意义和学生馆员现存的问题及对策。至于其中存在的不足,主要体现在理论方法、研究内容和研究者的队伍等方面。

In order to reduce the stress of heavy work in the library resulting from ordinary universities＇ expanding policy,the student librarians emerge as the time requires.In recent years,the study of student librarian also gradually becomes hot.The field of learning mainly researched on the topic from the following five aspects：the background of generating student librarians,the category of student librarians,the student librarians＇ working mechanism,the existing meaning of the student librarians,and current problems and countermeasures.Deficiencies exist mainly in theoretical approach,contents and researcher team,and so on.
