摘要
文章通过调查问卷、课堂观察、访谈与座谈等方法考察和分析中学少数民族"双语"教师校本培训的现状,透视其中存在的问题,针对问题提出相应的建议.
Through the questionnaires,classroom observation,interview and discussion,the status of bilingual school-based teacher training in the minority middle schools was investigated and analyzed,in which the problems were examined,and the correspond suggestion was proposed.
