冷凝集素综合征患者肝区肿物切除术麻醉处理一例

摘要
患者，男，60岁，因右上腹疼痛20d于2011年3月25日入院，诊断为肝脏肿物，拟在全麻下行肝脏部分切除术。术前访视：患者自述十余年前气温降低时出现耳廓、鼻尖、手指、脚趾青紫发黑，伴有血红蛋白尿，诊断为冷凝集素综合征。
