软流塑淤泥质粉质黏土地层注浆加固试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了解决高水位软流塑淤泥质粉质黏土地层的浅埋暗挖地铁区间隧道施工技术难点,提出了该地层采用大管棚加小导管支护全断面或局部断面注浆加固施工方法.在6种不同水灰质量比的水泥品种中加入不同质量分数的水玻璃,对其净浆抗压强度、初凝时间、流动性等进行考核;同时对所选定的配比进行固结体强度试验,试验不同配方的浆材对软流塑淤泥质粉质黏土的固结性能并选出强度最高的配方.南京地铁工程的现场试验和成功实施验证了室内试验的结论,拓展了浅埋暗挖施工技术范围. In order to solve the construction technologic problems of shallow-buried metro tunnel in stratum of soft rheology-plastic sludge and powder clay with high water level,the grouting consolidation method with bassoon shed plus minor conduit pipe for entire section or part section is suggested.The soluble glass of different thickness were added to the cements of six different water to binder ratios,and their pure fluid compression strength,initial coagulating time and flow ability were examined.At the same time,the concretion intensity experiments of selected ratio cement were carried out to examine the concretion function of different formula's material for soft rheology-plastic sludge and powder clay,and select the formula of maximal intensity.The indoor experiments were successfully validated by field experiment and practice of Nanjing metro project,which develops the application of the shallow-buried tunneling technology.
