介绍了薯类干(片)气流输送装置垂直进料器的改进,以及在生产实践上的应用。2010年,该公司新建的薯干粉碎车间设计的原料粉碎新工艺中采用了"四级筛分"和"三级风选风送"工艺。原料进入粉碎工艺后,先筛分出大于原料的大杂质,同时把原料筛分成3个级别,分别存放在3个料斗内,料斗下有调速绞龙,定量向3个位置的进料口送料。
The improvements of winnowing system for cassava chips and its application in practice were introduced. In the newly-built cassava grinding workshop in our company, new technology of ＂4-level screening＂ and ＂3-level winnowing＂ had been adopted. After grinding of cassava, large cassava particles were screened out firstly, and the rest cassava particles were divided into three grades simultaneously and stored in three hoppers respectively, then cassava particles fed into the inlet for certain quantities through the regulation by speed auger installed in each hopper.
