摘要
涂膏机是医用卫生材料行业生产医用膏布(如麝香关节止痛膏)中的关键设备,本文重点介绍了采用光电传感器代替昂贵的β射线测厚仪,对其实现涂层厚度(即含膏量)控制;采用研制开发的数字量输出的光尺传感器实现布边偏移量控制;采用红外光电传感器实现膏布长度计量控制。整个控制系统是以8031单片机为主机,通过拨盘进行涂层厚度、膏布长度给定,实现闭环控制,系统运行后,性能稳定,效果良好。
Plaster applicator is the key equipment to produce medical plasters in the field of medical sanitary materials. This article mainly deals with the way to control the thickness of the coating with a photo electric sensor instead of the expensive β-ray gage,the way to control the deviation of rnargin with a photoelectric ruler and the way to control the length of the plaster with an infrared sensor. In this control system,there is a 8031 one-chip microcomputer as the main processor,and the thickness of the coating and the length of the plaster can be decided through a dialing panel.Besides,the stable performance and the satisfactory results are achieved after the operation of the closed -loop control system.
