西北糯玉米自交系主要农艺性状分析

Analysis on Agronomic Traits of Waxy Corn Inbred Lines from Northwest China

为进一步挖掘糯玉米育种基因资源,对40份西北糯玉米自交系的农艺性状进行了分析。结果表明,供试材料的农艺性状存在丰富的表型遗传变异。相关分析表明,简单相关和偏相关分析中分别有25和10对农艺性状达到极显著相关,其中散粉期与抽雄期,吐丝期与散粉期,株高与穗位,秃尖与穗长,穗行数与穗粗,单穗重与穗长,单穗重与穗粗间简单相关和偏相关系数均达极显著水平。在主成分分析中,选取方差累计贡献率为88.765 7%的前6个主成分。供试材料在遗传距离0.50水平上可将参试的40份自交系分为五类,结果表明,糯玉米自交系间遗传距离大小与亲缘关系并无必然联系。

The 14 agronomic traits of 40 waxy corn inbred lines collected from northwest China were investigated by analysis of variance,correlation,principle component analysis and cluster.The results showed that higher variation in the 14 agronomic traits was observed among these tested materials.The result based on correlation analysis indicated that there were 25 and 10 pairs of characters with significant correlations in simple and partial correlation analysis,respectively.According to principle component analysis,the first six main components made the contribution of 88.765 7% to variation.Based on the principle elements,all the materials were clustered into 5 groups.The results showed that genetic distance of waxy corn inbred lines did not have absolute relation to affinity relation.
