Management of Information Service Provider Based on Information Ecological Niche Theory

信息生态位概念和理论的提出为信息服务机构的组织管理提供了新视角。本文在分析了信息服务机构及其部门信息生态位基本理论的基础上,借鉴信息功能生态位、信息资源生态位、信息时空生态位的原理对信息服务机构部门设置、资源配置、时空布局等问题进行了探讨,提出了优化信息服务机构部门设置、资源配置和时空布局的对策建议。

The concept and basic theory of information niche provides a new perspective for the organization and management of information service provider.Based on the analysis of the basic theory of information service provider and information services departments＇ information niche,this paper investigates the department setting,resource allocation and space layout in the department of information service provider through the principle of information function niche,information resource niche and information time space niche.Then this paper provides some suggestions of how to optimize the department setting,resource allocation and space layout in information service provider.
