摘要
通过建立空间滞后模型分析空间交互作用对区域生产率的影响,并将研发投入分为内部研发支出和技术引进支出,检验空间交互作用和研发投入2个部分对区域技术进步的作用。采用1996—2009年分地区大中型工业企业数据进行实证检验,结果表明区域间技术进步、技术效率和规模效率都存在空间溢出效应;内部研发支出抑制技术效率的提升,而对技术进步和规模效率存在着正向的影响;技术引进支出对技术进步和技术效率存在正向的影响,对规模效率的影响不显著。
In this paper,spatial lag model is built to analyze the impact of space interaction to regional productivity.RD investment is divided into internal RD expenditures and technology transfer expenditures to test the role of space interaction and RD investment on regional technology progress.The data of medium-sized industrial enterprises including between 1996 and 2009 at all regions of China are utilized to do empirical test.The results show that the regional space spillovers effects of technical efficiency as well as technology progress and scale efficiency do exist.Technical efficiency is inhibited by internal RD expenditures,while internal RD expenditures improve technology progress and scale efficiency.Technology transfer expenditures promote the level of technology progress and scale efficiency and do not significantly affect scale efficiency.
