供应链竞争下的契约协调系统动力学仿真研究

System dynamics simulation for contract coordination under supply chain competition

构建了由供应商、分销商、零售商构成的三级供应链竞争模型,在需求不确定且与价格相关的条件下,通过运用调节服务因素和质量因素及在分销商和零售商之间加入利益共享契约两种方法,实现供应链利润的协调。系统动力学仿真证明,利益共享契约参数的合理选择将实现供应链整体利润及各节点利润的共赢。

With demand uncertainty and price-dependent condition,to achieve supply chain coordination,the article constructs a three-stage supply chain competition model involving supplier,distributor and retailer,by the use of regulating service factor and quality factor,and adding profit-sharing contract between distributor and retailer.System dynamics simulation proves that the proper profit-sharing contract parameter would achieve win-win situation of the overall profit of supply chain and each node profit.
