摘要
绩效考核是我国制造业供应链的一项重要的管理战略,传统的考核方式忽视了评价结果对供应链运行的反馈作用,不再适应现代制造业管理需要。利用改进的平衡记分卡理论,密切联系制造业供应链的绩效管理的实践经验,从整体的供应链与供应链组成成员2个层面建立基于平衡记分卡法的制造业供应链绩效评价指标体系,并利用因子分析法原理构建绩效评价模型。最后通过对苏浙地区的制造业供应链绩效的构建实践,验证了该绩效评价体系的适应性。
Performance evaluation is an important management strategy in manufacturing supply chain,while the traditional way of examination ignored the feedback effects.This paper constructs a performance evaluation index system from the whole perspectives of supply chain and constituents of manufacturing supply chain,based on the improved balance scorecard theory and manufacturing supply chain management practice.Finally,it establishes evaluation pattern by factor analysis and verifies the adaptability of performance evaluation index system by examples of manufacturing supply chain in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area.
