摘要
我国历来重视对盐业的管理,盐业管理体制也历经变迁。我国现行的盐业规制效果如何,各项规制措施是否发挥了应有的积极作用,一直受到学术界的关注。通过对我国现行盐业规制体制和主要的规制措施的分析,得出就规制效果而言,现行的盐业规制体制还存在很多弊端,改革势在必行。
China has always attached importance to the management of salt industry,the salt industry management system has experienced many changes.The academia has always paid attention to how about the effect of our current salt industry government regulation and whether the kinds of regulation measures have played the important role or not.According to the analysis of our current salt industry government regulation system and the main regulation measures,we conclude that it has many abuses in our current salt industry government regulation,and the reform is imperative.
