Study on Parking Information Behavior in Large and Medium-sized Cities

摘要 从时间、空间分布,停车场类型,停车费用、时长等角度全面剖析了城市的停车信息特征,分析了出行目的、公车/私车、停车后步行时间和距离等个人、家庭及出行信息对停车需求的影响和停车需求各要素间的相互影响关系,总结大中城市停车信息的主要特点和停车供求不平衡的症结所在,提出停车供给和需求管理的四项主要方法。 This paper analyzed the characteristics of the parking information in the urban area from the aspects of time,space,parking facility,parking rates and parking duration.The influence of the respondent attributes and trip information,such as journey purpose,vehicle ownership,walking distance and time on the parking behaviors are analyzed.The relationships among parking behaviors are also focused on.It then summarized the major characters of parking information in the urban area and analyzed the key of the unbalance between parking supply and demand.At last,this paper put forward four methods for urban parking management.
