摘要
通过分析当前高校教师教育技术培训存在的不足,从教师作为成人学习者的需求特点出发,提出了一种以"任务驱动、整体设计、有效组织、强调活动、强调参与"为理论依据的基于任务驱动的高校教师教育技术培训平台,以期创造良好的网络学习环境,激发学习者的兴趣,有效提高教育技术培训的质量。
Through the analysis of the deficiency in education technology training for the current college teachers,considering the teachers' demand characteristics of adult learners,this paper presents an education technology training platform based on task driven and"mission driving,global design,effective organization,emphasizing activity,emphasizing participation",in order to create a good network learning environment to arouse learners' interest and to improve the quality of education technology training.
