摘要 Th17细胞是近年来发现的不同于Th1、Th2和调节性T细胞的一类特殊的新型CD4+T细胞亚群,通过分泌以白细胞介素17为主的一系列效应细胞因子参与多种慢性炎性反应和自身免疫性疾病。Th17细胞及相关因子在银屑病的免疫发病机制中起着非常重要的调节作用。现从Th17相关细胞因子的角度出发来分析Th17分化调控的特点及其在介导银屑病发生、发展过程中的重要作用。 Th17 is a newly discovered novel subset of CD4 + T effect cells different from Th1,Th2,and Tregs.It plays an important role in multiple chronic inflammatory reactions and autoimmune diseases by the secretion of a series of effect cytokines represented by interleukin 17.Th17 and related factors play a very important regulatory part in the immune pathogenesis of psoriasis.Here is to analyse the characteristics of differentiation regulation of Th17 and the vital function in the occurrence and development of psoriasis from the Th17 related cell factors.
