摘要 IgA肾病是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,以肾小球系膜区IgA沉积为病理特征。以往研究亦多侧重于系膜细胞在肾小球硬化中的作用,然而随着足细胞相关分子的深入研究,证实足细胞损伤与IgA肾病蛋白尿产生、新月体形成、肾小球硬化及间质纤维化密切相关。针对足细胞的治疗也有了新的认识。现就足细胞异常与IgA肾病临床病理指标的关系及IgA肾病治疗等相关进展进行综述。 IgA nephropathy(IgAN),the most common form of primary glomerulonephrit,is defined by predominant IgA deposits in the glomerular mesangium.The previous work was focused on the role of mesangial cell in glomerulosclerosis.However,with further research of podocyte associated molecules,it′s found that podocyte injury was closely related to the generation of proteinuria,crescent formation,glomerular sclerosis and interstitial brosis in IgA nephropathy.Development is also achieved for the treatment of podocyte injury.Here is to review the research progresses in relationship between podocyte abnormalities and clinicopathological parameters and treatments of IgA nephropathy.
