摘要
膀胱癌是常见的泌尿系统肿瘤,具有易复发和产生多药耐药的生物学特性。肿瘤细胞的药物耐受是影响化疗效果的最重要因素。多药转运蛋白最突出的作用是它可以从癌细胞中向外转运抗癌药物,使机体产生耐药。而大量研究表明,它们在肿瘤生物学中的基本作用要比对药物的转运更为重要。明确这些转运蛋白在肿瘤发生及治疗反应中的具体作用对膀胱癌的靶向治疗至关重要。
Bladder cancer is a common urinary tract tumor with the biological features of easy relapse and multi-drug resistance.Drug resistance of tumor cells is the most important factor of chemotherapy effect.Multidrug transporter protein have a most prominent role which is transferring anti-cancer drug outside the cancer cells to generate resistance.However,large number of studies have shown that the fundamental role of tumor biology is more important than the transportation of drugs.Identification of the specific role of these transporters in tumor formation and treatment response is critical to the development of targeted therapy for bladder cancer.
