前列腺癌的磁共振弥散张量成像研究进展

摘要 磁共振成像(MRI)是前列腺癌(PCa)术前检查较理想的方法,在术前分期和监测方面具有重要作用。目前磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)已成为近年来前列腺功能成像的研究热点,DTI可提供PCa早期功能改变的信息,并直观显示前列腺纤维走形。现综述MRI对PCa诊断的研究现状,重点介绍DTI对PCa的研究现状和进展。 MRI is the preferred method of examination in the preoperative of prostate cancer(PCa),it plays an important role in the preoperative staging and monitoring of PCa.In recent years,MRI diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)has become a popular research focus in the functional imaging of the prostate gland.It provides information on the early functional changes in PCa,allowing the direct visualization of the prostatic fibers.Here is to reviews the MRI for the diagnosis of PCa status,focusing on the recent advances and progress of DTI in PCa.
