前侧咽后入路寰枢椎手术研究进展

Research Progress of Atlantoaxial Surgery through Anterolateral Retropharyngeal Approach

寰枢椎不稳临床上较为常见,可能导致患者四肢瘫痪,甚至危及生命,其治疗一直是脊柱外科领域的难点之一。目前寰枢椎手术方法主要包括后路手术、经口咽入路手术和前侧咽后入路手术。其中经前侧咽后入路具有微创,椎动脉损伤风险低,松解减压可靠等优点,近年来随着技术的成熟,其在临床的应用逐渐增多,手术方法不断更新,备受临床医师的重视。

Atlantoaxial instability presents a considerable challenge to the surgery since it could put the patients under high risks such as paralysis of limbs and even life-threatening emergencies.The traditional surgical approach includes posterior approach,transoral approach and anterolateral retropharyngeal approach.The anterolateral retropharyngeal approach is far less traumatic,with decreased risk of vertebral artery and provide a satisfactory decompression.In recent years,as the technology matures,the clinical anterolateral approach has been effectively promoted by clinical physicians.
