摘要 肠道缺血是消化道严重的循环障碍。肠道的缺血/再灌注(I/R)是上述情况发生及救治过程中必经的病理生理过程,由此产生的肠屏障功能损伤、肠道细菌和毒素易位及肠源性败血症是导致多器官功能不全综合征的重要原因。因此,寻找保护肠黏膜屏障的方法,减轻肠道I/R对机体的负面作用有重要意义。在传统营养液中加入谷氨酰胺(Gln)可以提高营养支持的效率、降低感染发生率及病死率。现就近年来Gln在外科营养中的研究及对肠道I/R的影响予以综述。 Intestinal ischemia is a serious gastrointestinal circulation disorder.Intestinal ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)is an inevitable pathophysiological process happening in the above condition,causing damage of intestinal barrier function,intestinal bacteria and endotoxin translocation and intestinal sepsis are important causes of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Therefore,finding protection method of intestinal mucosal barrier to reduce the intestinal I/R negative effects on the body is of great importance.Adding glutaminev(Gln)into the traditional nutritional solution can improve efficiency if the nutritional support,reduce the incidence of infection and lower mortality.Here is make a brief review on recent researches on Gln in surgical nutrition and the influence on intestinal I/R.
