摘要 血清C反应蛋白(CRP)是一项与炎症相关的敏感指标,可反映机体炎症潜伏期和早期的病理生理变化过程。检测血清CRP水平变化对肺部感染的诊疗过程有重要的参考价值,但同时存在着一定的局限性。临床上检测血清CRP具有费用低、敏感性高、参考价值大等优点,对怀疑有肺部感染者可常规检测血清CRP水平变化,这有助于临床诊断、鉴别病原微生物种类、选用药物、判断疗效及预后,以降低漏诊率、误诊率,提高疾病的治疗水平。现就CRP与肺部感染的关系和应用前景进行综述。 Serum C-reactive protein(CRP)is a inflammatory-related sensitivity indicator,which can reflect inflammatory changes of potential and early period in the pathophysiological process.We reviewed the relationship between CRP and pulmonary infection and prospects.On the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection serum CRP levels has important referential value,but there are some limitations.Clinical advantages of serum CRP include low-cost,high sensitivity,greater referential value.We recommend that serum CRP level of routine testing for suspecting pulmonary infection,which is helpful to clinical diagnosis,pathogenic microbial species identification,the choice of drugs,judgement of the efficacy and prognosis,and reduction of the misdiagnosis rate,and improvement of the therapeutic level of the disease.Here is to review the relationship between CRP and pulmonary infection,and the application prospects.
