摘要 气胸发生后气胸量的多少或肺组织压缩程度(气胸容积)是临床上选择治疗方式的重要依据之一。目前,气胸容积的测量有多种影像学方法,如目测法、面积法、体积法、胸膜间距法和CT容积测量法等。临床使用最广泛的是目测法,其操作简单方便,但结果很不准确;CT容积法的准确性已得到公认,但操作复杂,需要CT机及软件的支持。深入研究和开发一种简便易行且准确的影像测量方法,对临床治疗气胸有重要的指导意义。 The size of pneumothorax or the rate of lung collaps is an important index to guide the choice of clinical treatments.There are many imaging measurements for the volume of lung collaps,which including ocular estimation,planimetry method,volumetric method,Rhea inter-pleural distances method,computer-aided volumetric scheme,and so on.The ocular estimation which simplify operation is the commonnest method,but it is inaccurate for the size.The accuracy of computer-aided volumetric scheme is acknowledge widly.But it is not of simplify operation and has to be depend on the machine and the correlative software.In-depth study to develop a simple and awailable imaging measurement has greater significance in the clinical treatment of pneumothorax.
