摘要
目的了解鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008年6月至2009年7月住院的150例慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜手术治疗的效果。结果嗅觉障碍治疗的治愈率为87.33,其中Ⅰ～Ⅲ型治愈率分别为91.07%、90.57%、78.05%,三型间治愈率间差异无统计学意义。坚持定期随访组较未能坚持组的手术治愈率高,非变应性体质组较变应性体质组的手术治愈率高,差异有统计学意义。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis.Methods A retrospective analysis on 150 hospitalization chronic sinusitis patients from June 2008 to July 2009 for the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery was done.Results Olfactory disorder treatment cure rate was 87.33,in which Ⅰ-Ⅲ-based cure rates were 91.07%,90.57%,78.05% respectively,there was no statistical difference in cure rate between the three types.The cure rate of the group persisting in regular follow-up was higher than the group failed to;non-allergic group had high cure rate than the allergic physique group,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis treatment is better,worthy to be clinically popularized.
