摘要
阴沟肠杆菌产β-内酰胺酶是对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药的主要机制,所产β-内酰胺酶种类较多、特性各异,并在β-内酰胺类抗生素广泛应用的选择压力下,不断有新的β-内酰胺酶产生。文中对阴沟肠杆菌产β-内酰胺酶(EsBLs、AmpC、碳青霉烯酶)耐药性的研究进展作了简要综述。
The most important mechanism of resistance to β-lactam antibiotics is the β-lactamases produced by Enterobacter cloacae, and theβ-lactamases is different in catology and character and produce a new ones under Enterobacter cloacae that contain β-1actamases encounter simultaneous or consecutive selective pressure with different β-lactamases molecules. This review describes evolution and characteristics of the β-lactamases produce by Enterobacter cloacae.
