两株牛肝菌内生真菌的分离鉴定及活性初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的从牛肝菌中分离内生真菌,并对其活性进行初步研究。方法采用组织培养法从秦巴山区牛肝菌子实体中分离内生真菌,基于形态特征及ITS系统发育分析对内生真菌进行鉴定,以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌为指示菌,检测内生真菌发酵产物的抑菌活性,并对其绿豆芽的抑制活性进行了研究。结果分离获得2株内生真菌L3和L5,L3和黄瘤孢菌(Hypompces chrysosperums)序列同源性为99%;L5和毛霉属序列同源性为100%;两株菌的形态学特征分别与黄瘤孢菌和毛霉属形态特征一致。结论内生真菌L3和L5,分别鉴定为黄孢瘤菌和毛霉属;这两株菌发酵液对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用,对绿豆芽生长均具有抑制作用。 Objective To isolate endophytic fungi from Boletus sp., KL-1, and investigate the bioactivity of the endophytic fungi. Methods The endophytic fungi from Boletus sp., KL-1 was isolated by tissue culture. The fungal endophytes were identified based on morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis. Antibacterial activities of fermentation supernatant were performed using Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis as the target bacteria, and growth inhibition of fermentation supernatant for bean sprouts were performed. Results The endophytic strains, L-3 and L-5, obtained shared ITS sequence homology of 99% and 100% with Hypomyces chrysospermus and Mucor sp., respectively. Their morphology characteristics were consistent with Hypomyces chrysospermus and Mucor sp. Conclusion They were classified into Hypomyces chrysospermus and Mucor sp., respectively. Fermentation supematants inhibited the growth ofS. aureus, B. subtilis and bean sprouts.
