萨热十三味鹏鸟丸质量标准

Study on Quality Standard for Sare Shisanwei Pengniao Pills

目的:建立萨热十三味鹏鸟丸的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对木香、藏菖蒲、沉香、甘草、麝香进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对诃子中没食子酸进行含量测定。结果:没食子酸在0.242 5～3.637 5μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.31%,RSD 1.80%(n=9)。结论:方法专属性好,灵敏度高,可用于萨热十三味鹏鸟丸的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the quality standard of Sare Shisanwei Pengniao Pills.Method： Radix Auckland iae,Rhizoma Acori Calami,Lignum aquilariae Resinatum,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Moschus were identified by TLC.Gallic acid content in Fructus Chebulae was determined by HPLC.Result： The gallic acid showed good linear relationship（r = 0.999 7） in the range of 0.242 5-3.637 5 μg.The average recovery was 99.31% with RSD 1.80%（n = 9）.Conclusion This method has a strong specificity,high sensitivity and can be used in quality control of the Sare Shisanwei Pengniao pill.
