摘要
目的:建立萨热十三味鹏鸟丸的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对木香、藏菖蒲、沉香、甘草、麝香进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对诃子中没食子酸进行含量测定。结果:没食子酸在0.242 5~3.637 5μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.31%,RSD 1.80%(n=9)。结论:方法专属性好,灵敏度高,可用于萨热十三味鹏鸟丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Sare Shisanwei Pengniao Pills.Method: Radix Auckland iae,Rhizoma Acori Calami,Lignum aquilariae Resinatum,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Moschus were identified by TLC.Gallic acid content in Fructus Chebulae was determined by HPLC.Result: The gallic acid showed good linear relationship(r = 0.999 7) in the range of 0.242 5-3.637 5 μg.The average recovery was 99.31% with RSD 1.80%(n = 9).Conclusion This method has a strong specificity,high sensitivity and can be used in quality control of the Sare Shisanwei Pengniao pill.
